Grand Canyon South Rim Visit - Amtrak As part of our visit to the U.S.A. we visited Williams, Arizona - Gateway to the Grand Canyon. We arrived from Los Angeles with Amtrak. The train was on schedule and arrived at 0420 am at Williams Junction. Williams Junction is 5 miles from Williams with no facilities what so ever, not even a covered waiting area.
Grand Canyon skywalk - Glass bridge walking, Is it acrophobia or glassphobi Everyone these days talk about this modern marvel 'Grand Canyon skywalk' , I shy away from these discussions and even thought of walking on glass bridge of that length scares the hell out of me. Not that I'm afraid of heights but my mind seems got too much trained that simple fact that glass breaks.period.Is any one in similar situation like me ?
